Terms of service

Quest Catalyst is a focus dashboard. We provide the service "as is." You agree to use it for personal productivity and not to abuse it.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done from your account. One account per person, please.

Don't use Quest Catalyst to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape data at scale, upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You own the quests, notes, and uploads you create. You grant us the limited right to store and display them back to you so the service works. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; you keep Pro access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of first purchase — email support.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Quest Catalyst is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to signed-in users by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
